The Fisheries and Aquaculture Department of the Food and Aquaculture Organization has released a CD with fact sheets on 50 cultured aquatic species. The fact sheets are written in simple technical language and focus on the practical aspects of aquaculture, from seed supply to farming systems including harvesting techniques and marketing issues.
